This policy explains what data Style On Time collects, how we use it to power bookings and support, and the controls you have. By using our mobile app or website, you consent to this policy. Style On Time is operated as a booking marketplace, so we may share only the minimum data necessary with salons, spas, beauticians, home-service partners, and payment processors such as Razorpay to complete your booking.

Information We Collect

  • Personal:Name, phone, email, optional gender, address for home services, and payment details processed via secure gateways.
  • Automatic:Device model, OS, IP address, app/website usage, diagnostics, and coarse location when permitted.
  • Sensitive:We do not collect biometric data. We only store minimal payment references; card data is handled by PCI-compliant processors.
  • Booking Information:Service type, date, time, location, booking history, preferences, feedback, and reports you submit.
  • Rewards & Offers:Cashback, rewards, coupons, and offer usage data for eligibility and redemption.

How We Use Data

  • Register and manage your account and profiles.
  • Book, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify you of status.
  • Process payments, issue refunds, and prevent fraud or misuse.
  • Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
  • Improve performance, reliability, and product features.
  • Comply with legal obligations and law enforcement requests when required.

Payment & Fraud Protection

  • Payment details are processed by secure payment partners such as Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or OTP credentials on our servers.
  • We use booking, device, and payment signals to detect duplicate payments, suspicious booking patterns, chargeback risk, and refund abuse.
  • Where required, we may share limited transaction details with banks, payment processors, or authorities to resolve disputes and protect users.

Data Retention

  • We retain data only as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, or meet legal/tax requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

Data Transfer

  • Your data may be stored or processed outside your region with appropriate safeguards in place.

Sharing Your Data

  • Service Providers:Verified salons, spas, beauticians, and home-service partners to fulfill your bookings.
  • Payment Processors:Trusted gateways for payments and refunds; we do not store full card details.

  • We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data for marketing.

Marketplace Sharing

  • We share your booking name, contact details, service preference, and appointment details with the selected provider so the service can be delivered.
  • For home services, your address is shared with the assigned provider only for the booked appointment and related support.
  • If you opt into promotions, we may use your booking history to personalize offers, but we do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

Data Security

  • Encryption in transit, role-based access control, secured infrastructure, and continuous monitoring.
  • Limited employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

Your Rights

  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your account where legally permitted.
